Before we start

To build a life of abundant Physical Wealth, you need to create daily practices that support that end.

The levels within each core pillar of Physical Wealth provide a simple structure on which you can build and advance a routine that works for you. The Physical Wealth Thirty-Day Challenge is a way to jump-start your journey through disciplined daily practices for one month.

on the next level the following month.

Step 1

Choose a challenge level from the three options below

Bronze is a good place to start if you are new to these practices, while Gold is more appropriate if you consider yourself advanced.

Bronze

Challenge


  1. Move your body for thirty minutes per day.
  2. Eat whole, unprocessed foods at 80 percent of your meals.
  3. Sleep for seven hours every night.

Silver

Challenge


  1. Execute a morning routine each weekday.
  2. Move your body for forty-five minutes per day.
  3. Eat whole, unprocessed foods at 90 percent of your meals.
  4. Increase protein consumption (0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight is a good baseline).
  5. Sleep for seven to eight hours every night with fixed sleep and wake times on weekdays.

Gold

Challenge


  1. Drink sixteen ounces of water when you wake up.
  2. Execute a morning routine each weekday.
  3. Move your body for sixty minutes per day, including at least three strength sessions per week.
  4. Eat whole, unprocessed foods at 95 percent of your meals.
  5. Establish and hit full macronutrient consumption targets (protein, carbs, fats).
  6. Sleep for eight hours every night with fixed sleep and wake times.
  7. Complete one additional recovery method per day (e.g., cold, heat, breathing.)
